VitaDelight.com Conditions of Use PLACING ORDERS Products are subject to availability. Please understand that not all products displayed are kept in stock. In such case an ETA (estimated time of arrival) will be available to Customer upon request. Any attempt to cancel an order must be made as soon as possible. Cancellations attempted after the dispatch will result in the customer having to pay the shipping and handling charges on the package and the cost of shipping the package back. Cancellation for specially ordered items will also attract a 10% cancellation fee. This is to cover the return to stock fee implied by our suppliers and shipping cost. DELIVERY SERVICE At Vita Delight.com, we use AUS POST to delivery both domestic and international parcels. We aim to ship your order within 3 business days from our local shop, once we receive your payment in full. IF there is a case, when your order is out of stock, may be delayed and or have any special delivery requirements, we will inform and keep contact with you via email. DELIVERY TIME Our ordinary mainland Australia delivery time, depending on where you live, from an order is placed are: For metropolitan Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Canberra, please allow approximately 4 ~ 7 days to receive your goods. For all of WA, Tasmania and all other States, please allow approximately 7 - 14 working days to receive your goods. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY At Vita Delight.com, we want our customers to be satisfied and happy with our friendly services and products.
