*How many Sckoon Pads do I need?
We recommend 4 Day pads, 2 Mini Pads and 2 Night pads to start with. If your flow is lighter than average, you need only 1 night pad. If you have heavy flows you may want to add 1 more night pad and Day pad, and liners.
*How many Sckoon Pads do I change?
Just like any other menstrual products, you need to change Sckoon Cotton Menstrual Pads within a reasonable amount of time to prevent accidents from happening. Perhaps you may want to start using Sckoon pads in light days and once you get used to, use them in heavy days and night time.

Recommended care and washing instructions
PREWASH: To maximize its absorbency, wash Sckoon Pad before first use to wash off its natural oil.
AFTER USE:
1. Soak your used pads in cold water for a few hours or overnight
2. Rinse your used pads under cold water and add to your normal wash load with your regular detergent (Stains can be removed by little scrubbing before wash)
3. Dry on a air-dried or use a dryer with low temperature. The sun is also good for natural sanitizer.
NOTE:
1. Avoid washing and drying at high temperatures, it promotes staining.
2. Do not use bleach or fabric softeners; the more you wash it, the softer it gets.
